My husband uses Tiger Balm. I take an aspirin, but if I wanted to start using something like that, probably I'd buy good old Ben Gay. "Natural" means nothing, by the way, in a rub or supplement or any product at all, don't be misled.

Yes, sometimes I do. I use Rexall because it works and I can get it in a vanishing scent and in gel form if I want.

I don't use rubs...they just mask pain, without any real help. If I have muscle aches & may take some ibuprofen...or ice the area if it's really sore. Otherwise, more movement, more stretching, usually helps.

I grew up with everyone using BenGay. Many of us suffer from migraines and we would rub it on our forehead, temples, back of our neck, even eyelids (be careful) and it worked wonders. The smell always reminds me of my mom

My dad always used Absorbine. The smell reminds me of him.
I usually use Icy Hot, A535, or Tiger Balm. It sort of depends on what's on sale.
Have tried one that starts with Z if I remember correctly (it's upstairs, and I'm not going to run up and get it). That worked well. (there's lots of TV ads for it, so I may not even be remembering the first letter correctly, either).
Arnica (a natural one) isn't bad on some things, but it often takes a while to work

Do you use a pain relieving rub for arthritis or muscle pain? If so, what brand do you use?
