I woke up at 1:13 am and atarted a little late so I said my prayers of THANKSGIVING for ALL OF YOU and started exercising at 1:56 am. BOY i am 25 min. ahead of schedule but I feel fantastic the adrenalain is going good. GOOD LUCK TODAY AND LET'S DO IT !!!
