I don't reckon fat has suddenly migrated to your tummy. Sounds more like something you ate-- could be either the food itself (some types of cheese don't agree with me. I had some smoked cheddar last night... big mistake) or the ingredients (sugar alcohols in some "low carb" products bloat me up).

You may want to track every single thing you put in your mouth, including every little bit of everything, plus sugarless gum and anthing besides water that's zero calorie-- think back over the past couple three or four days when this started, and look for something different you ate or drank. If it doesn't clear up and/or you can't figure out what triggered it-- see your doctor for a referral to a gastroenterologist. Just because we've started eating healthy, doesn't mean a problem like IBS or something, can't come up. Having a printout of everything you've eaten/drank, would be really helpful.
