So the last three days I have been faithful in tracking my food and felt so good about it. Today we are celebrating Easter here and I had planned everything out and was sure I was going to be successful. Well.....last night I didn't get any, and I mean any sleep whatsoever. After lunch when I had everything in the oven and ready for later, I decided to have a nap and when I woke up I lost all control and I started eating stuff that I had not planned to eat :( I'm so upset about it and feel awful....we haven't even had supper yet!! Help!!!
