I take spin classes and tabata.
I also ride my bike, run, walk or climb bleachers on my own. And I do a Pilates workout at home.
Sometimes DH and I go to the gym together, but we are usually each doing our own thing.
I think the idea behind having a workout buddy is you have somebody to hold you accountable. And somebody to coax you into exercising when you try to make excuses. Most of my workout buddies end up backing out on me. So I try my best to hold myself accountable.
