When I decided to lose my 50 pounds I weighed daily and neurotically. Now I've been maintaining since 2010 and today I don't have a scale. If I'm doing drop in Zumba at the gym I'll weigh. This now works for me otherwise I go crazy seeing my weight fluctuate on a daily basis by a few pounds.
