I had no idea how bad the issue was with children.
I liked getting information from experts, which I feel I can use to continue my weight loss and maintain. For example, there's a national database that tracks the habits/ information of people that have lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off for at least a year. Two of those women were interviewed and I learned something. Plus now I want to look up hints on weight loss based on that database.
