So, here's a question for those of you who have met your weight loss goals or gotten to the size you'd like to be. If you started with an excess amount of fat in any area(s) and my have the extra, loose skin, how did you know when you were done?
The last of my stubborn fat hangs off my core and although my BF% and BMI are within healthy ranges AND the rest of me is starting to look downright skinny, I am left with this hippo hanging from the front of me. It is quite floppy, but I'm not sure how much fat I actually have left to lose and how much is leftover skin.
How were you able to tell? Does the skin (without the fat) actually just hang like a flat flap or what?
Hope I haven't grossed anyone out, but this is my reality after a 72 pound loss.
