Yep--you can change it! I can't remember if you find it under the Weight Tracker, or when you edit your SparkPage, but you can definitely change the starting weight....or even your entire tracker!
For myself, I got sick of the weight one--since I've been maintaining for a few years...so I changed mine to reflect fitness minutes. :) Have at it!
