Routine might help. If you have a bunch of meals/snacks that you've been eating regularly and you already know how many calories they each have, how big the correct portion is, and so on, then it'd just be a matter of mixing and matching on any given day to get the right total amount -- you won't have to guess or look things up online as much since you'll already know. And then you could still track on paper to keep yourself honest, of course.
