Husband and I ride the exercise bike every day for at least 3 to 4 hours, keep it in the living room so we can watch tv. Have done this for over 10 yrs. No travel to any gym needed. There is no gym less than 2 hrs. away from us. It's a handy thing to have a bike at home.
