If I have to pick just one? The food, it's really hard to give up all the foods I've loved! But I just keep telling myself I get one or the other, thin and healthy eating the right foods or eating the 'bad' food and winding up unhealthy again.

I don't mind exercising, because I have exercised most of my life in some form or another. I have a problem with planning my meals and eating what and should and when I should.

The day in and day out part about it, because healthy food is not satisfying to me, and after awhile, I will go back to eating something more tasty, until a point when I feel I can willingly deprive myself again for awhile. Been doing it since age 13, and I'm 67 now, it's an addiction, no matter what the "experts" tell you.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

Just staying on track...I don't need to lose much weight, so I often go through periods where I just don't care or I say I have this or that going on so I just can't. I think I am finally gettting in the right place now where I have a program I won't get bored with and am really picking up better eating habits and enjoying it.

It used to be keeping on track with my eating habits. I am much better with that now, but I still struggle with staying consistent in my workouts. Some days I just don't feel like it

I struggle with portion control and compulsive eating. I'm not consistent with exercise. I may do really well for a couple of months then I may go months without doing much of anything.
I need balance.

The hardest part is keeping it off. I become too complacent (or lazy) and then, the weight slowly creeps back on. For me I have to stay vigilant not easy.
