When I eat something that is just empty calories and I devour it ...
instead of 'just having a taste' ... I FEEL GUILTY.
I feel like I've let myself down.
A taste is 3 or 4 bites....but when I keep going until it's all gone,
it leaves me wanting more, and the binge cycle kicks in.
Everyone has their own demons...I'm not sure I want to ditch food guilt
in many ways it keeps me from going over the edge
