I have found that I also do better when carbs are lower. I am always looking for low carb food suggestions that are satisfying.

Anyone here watching Carbs? I do so much better limiting my Carb intake. I have more energy and and way more clear minded. I would love to be able to connect with people that are doing the Low Carbs. If that should, please add me!
