I am not a fan of these types of things. I worry about what else it will do.

when I took a fat burner (herbal) for 2 months the only thing that got skinny was my wallet. I didn't notice anything else it did.

Yeah Jasta that is exactly why many cannot stop smoking. I do think it would be best not to use them, but hey I need all the help I can get right now. My goal eat clean for the next 90 days and maybe then I won't cave later.

Cheers,

Maybe going without them will help you get over giving into them as well. Isn't that the reasoning behind quiting smoking?

Jasta that is a great question that I don't have an answer to. I am certainly about to find out though. For me, if I can get to goal weight I can maintain that weight eating those things. I have maintained for over a year or more, so that's the easy part for me, I just want to get leaner and can't do it with those cravings, so I am hoping this will bust through my plateau.

So what happens to the cravings when the 12 weeks are up? Will you still have the cravings? I tried a product once and it actually made my belly bigger.

Ok I am not a big fan of fat burners or products like that to help you lose weight, but I changed things up this week to try to get these last 5 pounds off to reach my goal. At this stage, for me the usual just isn't working.

I take one green tea fat burner that I picked up from Costco with breakfast. I think the serving is more than that, but that is all I need.

Well, I started this routine on Monday and the upside is I have absolutely NO food cravings what so ever. I do have appetite for food, but just not for any bad stuff. Now I eat relatively clean anyway, but the chocolates, buttered popcorn, homemade cookies and cake here and there is keeping me from my ultimate goal, but with the cravings I always cave.

Anyone else experience this? I have not really used fat burners, but boy if this is what it takes to not have any cravings I am all for this on a short term basis. I am hoping to get to goal within 12 weeks and then stop the fat burners, but we will see if that goal is now attainable. I have been stuck for the past year and can't budge off my current weight.
