Ew sorry you found yourself having to eat fast food. Yep, it will happen. The weight gain, the yucky food, and feeling like crap. The best advice I can give you is to plan your meals for an entire day. Put them in containers and have them ready the night before. This is everything you are going to eat for one day, then take the necessary ones with you that are needed during those hours you are not at home. THEN, you won't find yourself scrambling around at fast food places for a meal.
