I set a goal to workout six days a week and strength train 4 days a week every week this year. I already normally was working out 5-6 days/week anyway, so it isn't that unrealistic. I've been doing it since the first week of January.
However, I'm doing a major bathroom remodel now. I work on it for several hours a day, and have been feeling worn out trying to do the renovations and the workouts.
Would it be cheating to consider the remodel work my workouts on some days? I used to wear a device that monitored calorie burn and from previous diy projects know the calorie burn ca be hundreds per day.
Just would like to keep my goal without wearing/burning myself out! Thanks!
