For me, it's all about balance. Healthy living includes taking care of mind, body and soul so I have the joy and energy to fully participate in life with a grateful heart, making the lives of those around me better. It includes eating right, getting plenty of activity in my day, sleeping enough, staying spiritually connected, having time for hobbies, learning new things, cultivating friendships, getting proper medical and dental check ups/treatment and so much more. It's a full package deal that combines together to create a state of peace, bliss and serenity.
