I have started weight training, and I have read and have been told that women build muscle slowly, a pound of muscle doesn't build overnight or even in a week or two.
so I know It's not muscle, but a day or two after hard workouts, especially with weights, I see 1-3 lbs up on the scale, even though I still drink my 10 glasses of water and eat within my range.
Anyone else notice this? I guess that's a reason not to weigh daily....
