I can't say I have ever been craving for anything, there are things that I like but it doesn't worry me if I have something else.

Now smoking was something else but even that has gone (16 years ago)

Made it, this time to my goal of 72K but reset it 70k to let me go up or down. I will be very happy to stay between the two.

nice bowl of all natural Bryers french vanilla ice cream with the little flecks of vanilla beans inside,I absolutely love that. I don't have any in the freezer for just that reason.

Before I changed my lifestyle, I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Then when I started eating healthier, I didn't really have any cravings for burgers or dessert or whatnot.
I'm 3 months in now, and the cravings are TERRIBLE. It doesn't help that I got a new job and often work evening shifts, and there's a Burger King, Taco Bell, and KFC in the same parking lot. I can feel my willpower slowly diminishing......any one else have this problem?
