I use spark nutrition tracker...it gets easier the more you use...for instance if there's a meal you eat regularly, save it on your nutrition tracker as a group...that way the next time you eat it you can just go to your saved group and pick it...
and when I make a batch I just enter the items as a meal...save as a group...delete for the day then select the select .25 or whatever part of the batch I'm eating that day...then can go back to the group and select whatever percentage I eat the next day...
I started writing down the food I ate them looking everything up. THAT TOOK A LOT OF TIME! and not constant. Then I just across SPARKPEOPLE? No one told me about it. What a GOD spend. It broke every thing down for me. I finally know when I ate to much cholesterol. Calories was a surprise. I wasn't eating enough! I had to eat more to loose weight! Spearkpeople has helped me so much. Thank you
