Honey, most of us here have had an experience like that. Don't let it deaden your efforts to get healthy. Dust yourself, and get back on plan. This will happen from time to time. It's life. The important thing is that you make more healthier choices than unhealthy ones. Progress, not perfection.
If you need to reset your goals on spark, do that. I've had to do that so many times that it is ridiculous, and darn it, I may get it right one day.
I fell off the wagon for close to five years, and gained all but 10 of the 113lbs I lost. (See my page.)
This time, I'm trying to do things right, making the base of my food pyramid vegetables and fruits, and trying to come off meat and animal products 99% of the time. It's a process.
So is a lifestyle change. Habits don't form overnight, so we can't expect to break them overnight.
