That is a cool idea. I take pictures with the camera on my phone.
My first goal is to get back to 135lbs (just 6.8 lbs to go)

After was distracted from any computer tracking for 2 days , I realized I 'd better get myself a pocket diary so in a snap I can jot a note of what I ate or activity I did. It's so difficult to go back and try to remember what I ate or activity I did. Much easier this way! I can go back and enter it into tracking and not feel anxious that I may forget or let it go to the wayside and get off track . And it's always with me in a pinch !
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
