On my 44th birthday. (Jan 7). I started an amazing program. At my local fitness studio. It was based on a study that nationally know fitness trainer Les Mills created. 6 weeks is whats it takes to make or break a fitness routine.
You work on 3 areas cardio, stretching and strength training.
Week 1 you take the first 20 minutes of a class. week 2 you take 25 minutes week 3 I started full classes. Now I'm getting ready to start week 7.love how I feel. Getting 3 days in a week is a challenge with my daughters busy schedule. But I get in there.
Doing this for me, so I can be there for them!
