If you told us your current level of fitness -- and your preferences in terms of the type of exercise that you prefer, people could make suggestions that would fit your needs. Some of the ones mentioned below are rather advanced and WAY too hard for a beginner. Others are more appropriate for someone who is out of shape and/or has some limitations in their abities.
Some DVD's are more like "dance" and others are more like "gym class." In some programs, the instructor is cheerful and encouraging. In others, they are more intense and/or like a drill sargent. What exactly are you looking for?
