I agree Monday's are the easiest day of the week to stay on track, but hopefully I am over and none of you do what I used to do by waiting for Monday to get back on track. All days of the week and time of the day are perfect for getting right back on track. Waiting for Monday puts on pounds.

I find it to be a continual journey so ever day is a good day. I don't struggle with the weekends. When it's a life style change it is so much easier.

Yes. Usually I stay on track much more easily during the week than on weekends. However today is a holiday for me, so I have to stay on guard!

I never thought about it that way but yes, Mondays are good. I usually have problems being good on the weekend so when I get back to work, it's easier for me.

You NEVER regret a workout!

Monday's are not bad at all. Although for me Sunday is the first day of the week.

Absolutely. You have Sunday to prepare some healthy meals and pack a lunch. Mondays are always a success for me.

I find Monday's a good day to stay on track. Its the first day of a new week and the challenges of the weekend are over. The slate is clean - time for a new healthy beginning! Do you feel the same way?

I am a work in progress!
