That happens from time to time. Just dig in and make a few adjustments. The exercise is the big thing. Once you get a solid muscle base you burn calories easier.
I remember once when I first started a program I gained weight right away. People were lining up to tell me "muscle weighs more than fat." Now this may be true but I know that I did not develop muscle in two days that would attribute to the weight gain. Sometimes it just happens. Sodium intake can cause it, hormones can cause it and not accounting for small ... indiscretions can cause it.
You will lose weight if you are putting in an honest effort. It's science!
Don't be discouraged. What are the options? Step up your efforts. Get discouraged and quit. Keep doing what your doing. OR Track Track Track, stay off the scales and give yourself more time. You can do it!
