I had blood tests that show many foods aggravate my digestion. Coffee is one, so I am now allowed 2 cups per. day. I have one at breakfast & one around 3 p.m. I prefer the flavoured regular coffees & have stevia & coffee mate in it, not allowed milk or sugar as well. The fancy coffees can be very high calorie. Winners sells a lot of coffee types. There is more caffeine in regular tea then coffee & decaffeinated coffee does have caffeine, about 1/3 the amount of regular coffee. I have herb tea at night.

Oh yeah, I perfectly understand the topic starter! I adore coffee too and can't imagine my life without it, I'm so glad that I can still drink it when I'm on my diet! I like moccachino, latte and espresso the most of all, also nespresso made with such stuff https://cozzy.org/best-nespresso-machine/ And I usually drink coffee with two spoons of sugar, milk and cinnamon, it's a perfect combination for me! Without sugar the taste is always awful for me
Missed my coffee this morning and was all out of order all day. I set my alarm for my "I don't have to shower this morning" time, but then hopped in the shower any way out of habit. So I was 20 minutes behind before the day even began, and have been discombobulated ever since. Tomorrow will be better.
Sumatran whole beans from Caribou Coffee. I grind beans each morning and use a Melitta pour over filter. And before that first sip every morning I smile in gratitude because - dang I make good coffee:)

My Spring Cleaning has progressed to the point that my Coffee Maker has a home on the Kitchen Cupboard. Not sure if this will be it's Permanent Home, but at least I have a choice now between Instant Coffee, McDonald's Coffee (My Favorite!), or Homemade Coffee (My 2nd Favorite).

Caribou's Sumatran whole beans ground each morning, put into a Melitta cone w/hot (just at boiling point) water poured over. 12oz cup, 1 T half & half. Slowly savored over the NYT morning crossword puzzle. I love my morning coffee.
