Can't get through the day without it, although I used to.
"For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction." ~ Cynthia Occelli
In the quiet of the morning when I check in with my on-line students during the week or look in on the Etsy site for my yarn shop. Weekends - break out the special blends for a special treat. Paydays - LARGE sugar-free decaf latte for dessert.

there are no coincident in life. You are connected to another site like face book, pinterest, or twitter. They have advertisers. So when you talk about something, and that key word pops up, then their advertisers send you something. I found a deal this week on iced coffee at Kroger's. I don't usually buy that kind of stuff because it has sugar in it, and not healthy. But I did buy it just this once, and froze it into popsicles!
Coffee is soooo good the first thing in the morning!!!!! I tend to put toooo much cream in mine though(I think it's mostly to cool it down so I can drink it, on a limited coffee break) I do have to drink decaf. or I'll be having palpitations all day, but that's ok. Love me some coffee!!!!

I love my Saturday coffee because it usually means I also have more time to check in with my SparkFamily. Two cups today out of the Milwaukee Brewers mug my son got as a Christmas gift from someone who didn't know he doesn't drink coffee. Lucky me!

Discovered a great combination for my temporary food restricted diet -- cold brewed coffee concentrate, with an equal amount of either flax milk, or almond-coconut... This works as well as half and half, and is much better for me right now...

I love my coffee, but I've never drunk more than 1-2 cups a day (small to medium sized, not huge size). It's a savor for me. It was absolute h$ll on me when I was pregnant with my first and couldn't stand even the smell of it. I was so sad.
