Vitamins, slept and woke up without alarm, sensible meals, exercised. Lovin' it!

Got a good night's rest, had a green smoothie for breakfast, worked out, took all my meds on time, and ate a super healthy lunch. We won't talk about dinner, though. It's pizza night! LOL.

I played basketball for 1 hour and then went to the gym with my daughter for another hour

Packed a healthy meal and snacks instead of eating out.

Made a HUGE pot of green split pea soup!!! MMMmmmmm, great!!

Started my day with a good breakfast, but within my calories.

I went to the store and got Wasabi almonds and Wasabi peas and separated them into serving sizes so I can keep better tract of my snacks during the day. Also I can keep them in the car for those "I want a cheeseburger" attack.

This morning I got up at 5am. Did weight training and did the 5 mile walk away the pounds! What an awesome way to start the day!!
