Both!!! They both have their perfect place in my life.

I also prefer free library books. I have been going to libraries since I'm a kid and they are one of my favorite places.

I like the convenience of eBooks. I carry my Kindle Fire in my purse, so any time I have to wait or break/lunch its there and right where I left off. I do miss having the traditional book, especially when it's something good that I want to share with someone, I can't just give it to them to read. That is the thing that I miss the most about traditional/regular paper books.

I gotta say, both offer their own set of conveniences, drawbacks and unique experience. That being said, it's kind of nice having a library in the palm of my hand.

Call me old fashioned, but I love how a book feels in my hands. I have used the Apple reader ibooks, but I prefer a book where I can turn the pages.
When I was on the subway, I was looking at the people to see who was reading books or a tablet. I found about as many people were reading books as were reading tables like a Kindle or ipad. However, they were outnumbered by people looking at their phones !!

I don't mind reading either way but if i lose/damage a trad. book the cost is significantly less that an ebook reader.

I have a Kindle, and I use it occasionally, like for downloading free books on Amazon or when I see a book online that I want instantly, but ebooks will never take the place of books in my life. Kindle is okay for novels because you're just reading straight through, but I read a lot of non-fiction books that I want to mark passages and then flip back through quickly to find my place. That's doable with ebooks but not convenient.
