Many people who are gluten-free stay away from breads & pastas & generally use grains, fruits & veggies to get their fiber. Having a fruit smoothie with either ground flax seed or chia seeds are another way of adding fiber. Beans are a good source not only of protein, but fiber as well. Making casseroles, soups & (in my case, vegetarian) chili increases fiber if using beans &/or veggies.
