For the past few days I have felt like I was coming down with a cold. Really tired, achy, sneezing, bit of a cough, etc. I kept up with walking, although not as long, until yesterday when I was just too tired to get myself out the door.
Do you try and push yourself to exercise when you are not feeling well? Lay off till you feel better? Is it unwise to keep up with exercise if you are feeling icky but don't have a full blown illness?
