Well I hope some of this helps...
First, do you track sodium in your nutrition tracker? In my opinion it is a silent sabotager .
Second, You are building muscle, so initially you really need to think of this phase as "setting the stage". This muscle you are building will help you gain momentum later.
Third, I am speaking from experience because my first year on my journey I lost EIGHT POUNDS but I lost THREE DRESS SIZES!!! It works - it really does as long as you don't focus on the scale and let it be the determining factor as to how you are doing. The scale is ONLY one tool. Measure body parts, clothing, energy etc.... These are tools that work TOGETHER
