We both have the Thursday and Friday off as this is our first Valentines together.
I'm doing a full on 3 course meal for him (I love cooking), we never do starters or desserts so making it special.
Starter: Scallops, black pudding, minted pea puree with sweet potato crisps.
Main: Steak, home made chips, peas, fried eggs with a mushroom and onion creamy mustard sauce - this is hands down our favourite meal.
Dessert: Lemon Cheesecake.
All washed down with some champers and rose wine :D
I will NOT be counting any calories that day, however I will poss try to 'save' a few calories through the week. I hope to lose another 2kg by then as well!
Maybe buy a new matching set as a treat ;)
I will decorate the table and have lots of candles out (my best friend bought me 'I LOVE YOU' candles last year as a joke).
I'm very excited (as you may be able to tell). I'm actually drafting a blog post on it too...
