if you have a conf room or something you can go to for a few minutes, try some jumping jacks. Or just get up and walk around a bit. You can also try splashing your face with cold water.
if none of those are possible, put a rubber band or elastic around your wrist; pull it back and snap the inside of your wrist a few times. That's what I do when I'm in a meeting and feeling drowsy.
