It's normal to have rapid weight loss in the first few weeks. I'm not sure how much weight you're trying to lose, but I would expect the weight loss to slow down within the next few weeks. If you're still posting these kinds of numbers after 4-6 weeks, then it might be time to reevaluate your program.
