I have 2 days a week where I go over my calorie range, a few middle days, 1 low range day and 1 day under my range. I started calorie cycling and lost 2.5 lbs my first week of doing it after being stuck for a couple weeks.
It's a good way to wake up your metabolism so it doesn't get used to eating at a large defict all the time.
