I accidentally typed in double rice at lunch and thought I had about 300 calories for dinner! So I made veggie stir fry with apple juice, chili paste, worstchire sauce, 2 cloves garlic, a small onion, green pepper, a stalk of celery, three carrots, a can of black beans, and a can of crushed tomatoes, sprinkled with Frank's Hot sauce and black peper.
