You and McDonald's need to break up!
Sometimes I crave something, and when I give in, it never tastes as good as I imagined it. also I look up the calories beforehand and figure out how long I'd have to run on the treadmill to burn that off, then I ask myself: is it worth it?
Also, I found my sugar and fast food cravings have all but gone away by staying away from diet soda/ (and regular) and not eating any "junk food" for 3 weeks, after that, I feel better.
