I am not familiar with your food outlet (come from NZ) so won't comment on your choice of Restaurant. Instead I will congratulate you on being with SP a week :-) Just try to make the best choices you can, but remember, if you don't, it isn't the end of the world. We all do at times. You have only been on this journey a week, so really, it is a little soon to have made a ton of changes - you should be practicing Baby Steps, which means that you only change one or two things and allow your mind/body to get used to the changes before adding something else to the mix.
Another thing I will say is that you may be best to leave the scales for a wee while. A lot of people don't lose at all for a few weeks, and some even gain a little weight, but this doesn't mean that you are doing anything wrong. Instead focus more on your energy levels, the condition of your hair/skin, how you sleep, how your clothes fit, etc. etc. If you make wise choices re amount and type of food MOST of the time, and get some exercise in, then regardless of whether you lose weight or not, you are still doing a huge service to your body :-)
