a tip; try some Emergen-C drink it is pack full of vit. C and anti oxidants lots of different flavors, I have been using it for several years and have not had a bad cold since, it might help you get better quicker.

I'm right there with you, I am on Day 2 of the worst cold I have had in years, yesterday I couldn't move but managed to do at least 10 min of activity. Get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids!
Get well soon! Almost everyone I know is sick these days, and I am just getting over a cold. Not surprisingly, drinking echinacea tea didn't do any good, nor did taking Emergen-C supplements. What did help was getting lots of rest.
