I have been maintaining for about 4 months now, my weight has varied by 5 lbs within that time though it has always been under my goal weight of 125 lbs. My way of life is very similar to when I was losing weight but I allow for a few extra treats now and again. I still weigh myself everyday, I still track my food, I still go on SP everyday and I try to keep up with exercising in spite of the cold!
Maintaining has its own challenge as I have to find a balance between eating enough calories to maintain weight but not becoming too obsessed with food choices that I don't enjoy life. I still have a lot to learn nutritionally but I know I can trust SP to help.
