Good for you for tackling a very difficult but life changing obstacle. I quit when I turned 30 at the request of my daughter, who had just turned 9. It was her birthday wish that I quit on my birthday the week after hers! How do you say no to that? I couldn't, thank God! It was the best gift she could give me. Now 25 years later, I am still smoke free!
It can be done, but it is difficult, and no one's journey is the same. So proud of you for finding "distractions" like cleaning; feel free to come clean my house when the urge strikes the next time!
