Me and my PMS self were craving chocolate. Kids made a BIG pan of brownies making my house smell perfectly heavenly! OH how I wanted a brownie! They taunted me from every corner of the house. I did NOT eat one, but gave them to everyoone in the neighborhood that I could think of! :)

While driving home from work tonight, I was tempted to stop and get some pizza for dinner. My mind had made the decision to do it ... but when I got to the intersection where I would have to turn to go to the pizza place, my body just turned the car in the other direction.

two things: got on the recumbent bike while watching the super bowl since i needed to move around and i feel better for doing it. did not go nuts on the snacks. haven't even opened most of the ones hubby asked for but thoroughly enjoyed the new rice krispy recipe i found.

I was on a three month challenge at work and lost 6 inches on my waist and 2 inches on the hips. I only lost 4 lbs but that didn't stop me from being very proud of what I accomplished

At dinner tonight after church services the weekly meal s Baked Potatoes and all the trimmings and slad/toppngs that would knock your eyeballs out. I am NOT buying dinner today. The salad would probably be OK on my low carb...but that tater would set me way back. I am a potato freak. I am however having the first regular Coke in a can that have had in 2 days. I usually drink 8 + a day. WOO HOO!!!!.

It's my birthday and as a treat I wanted to buy some of my favorite pretzels. I could not find them stopped at two stores and both were out. I looked down the chip isle, but didn't buy anything else. Figured that if I couldn't find what I really wanted I didn't need to substitute anything.... enjoy the Pretzels some other time.

Another very cold and windy day and I myself have a cold....what to do what to do??? I didn't want to go to the gym and infect others nor did I feel up to running on a dreadmill. So, I bundled up and. went outside and did a 2.53 mile run and .30 mile walk. Not my usual but better than nothing and it did clear my head a bit.

I have been on a bad streak eating wise lately. Today three of my students had birthdays and all brought treats-cookies, and mini cupcakes. I'm proud to say that I did not eat any because I know how bad I've been eating lately so I said no because I want to get back on track eating healthy again.

I shoveled my neighbors walk and steps. I did a favor for her a little big ago and she started to take advantage of me and I resented it. She surprised me last night when she came over and shoveled my walk. I decided it is silly to hold grudge so I did her walks and I feel better for it.

I ran a 5K, on the treadmill & dropped 4 minutes.
Last week was the first time I'd run in almost a year. My time was 20 minutes slower then what it should be, so I have a long way to go. But I'm happy with the time drop.

I got "snowed" out of my run today. I got about a mile in but then it started to blizzard for real so I went inside and walked for a mile and did yoga and ST. I'm proud that I was still able to get a work out in.
