Congrats on going back to school. Life will be busy but it is so worth it.
Everyone has had great suggestions for you. Making appointments with yourself is really effective if you treat them as you would any other important event. Schedule family time too.
My best piece of advice is to set realistic expectations about your life.
By this I mean, you need to figure out how important are some of the things that you do or expect now are to you.
How important is it to you to have a spotless house? If you clean bathrooms and dust daily now, can you maintain that with your new schedule? If not, can you live with a messier house? If not, can you get family to help or hire help?
If you cook every dinner from scratch, can someone else cook some meals? Or can you use some pre-prepped stuff?
Working out is important! Can you read school material while on the tread mill?
These are just examples, I'm sure you have your own important things to think about.
My last suggestion is to turn off the TV and set a timer across the room when you are on FaceBook or other time sucking sites. If you have to get up to turn off the timer you are more likely to turn off the site and move on to the next thing on your schedule.
Good luck with school and the new routine
