1. I hate water, but I force it down.
2. Get yourself an exercise DVD or go onto a sparks video. Count minutes and list it.
3. Yes, I crave food, and I have changed my meals around to eating later, but I try not to eat after 8 p.m.
4. I used to walk 4 miles a day in the nice weather, but with snow and ice, I can't walk, and that was my main exercise. I live in the country, so I can't get around.
