I never enter my weight and age into the treadmill at the gym. I always thought the calories burned were fun, but inaccurate. Today I entered my walked minutes and ran minutes on my spark people log today and they were exactly the same calories burned. That is kind of fun!
It got me wondering about the calorie counters on the gym machines in general, how accurate do you think they are?
