Well, now, I schedule my workouts. Boyfriend and I (I always go to the gym with him) look at our schedules and choose times 3x during the school week we can go each week. For example, this term: Mondays we are going at 2:30 after he gets out of class. Tuesdays at 9. Fridays at 2:30. Then we can go anytime on the weekends when the feeling hits, because our weekends are often unplanned.
As a college student, you have to be really flexible. A MWF schedule didn't work for us because of all of my labs and his long night classes, so we found something to work for us. But schedule your workouts and make them a priority. When you have group projects, put your workouts first during planning. If you have an hour between 4 and 5 blocked off, say you can't make it!
Also, if you have a school gym- use it. The cardio machines usually have a place where you can put a book, so you can study AND work out at the same time.
