1. I workout in the late evening from around 7 PM.
2. I try to push myself in every workout.
3. I have recently quit taking the anti depressant Paxil and think they may be the problem. My thought process on this is that I could get back on the med, but what if this is just a phase of withdrawal.
4. Lots of stress lately.
5. Yes I eat after working out. Does that make a difference?
