MuffinsAndMocha posted the great topic of "What health foods will you NOT eat?" got me wondering...
What's something that you may not have ever thought of (I SAID "thought of"! Don't judge me! Okay. I didn't at first. Hmph) adding to your diet, but after trying it, you actually really like it now?
For me, it's lightly salted dry roasted edamame. I am also a fan of flaxseed meal-especially added to cookies for my kids' sakes, but in oatmeal for me. :) I'm a fan of organic flours, agave syrup (the dark stuff), or raw sugar.
